The most inspiring conference of the year is back, and 2024’s theme is It’s Never Too Late and You’re Never Too Old, inspired by the stories of real women and the collective wisdom they will share from their personal and professional journeys.
And for fun, we threw in a sprinkle of one of the most iconic fairytales of all time, Cinderella, because even though life isn’t a fairytale, surprisingly, there is much we can learn from that story
From fairy godmothers to time running out when the clock strikes midnight, to keeping evidence of your past success (that glass slipper) to the phrase…” don’t turn into a pumpkin” the metaphors for real-life are endless.

A DAY TO REMEMBER
We want to cast a little spell for you in this beautiful environment with whimsical touches that delight you in the middle of your work week. We want you to pull out your camera and snap a photo of yourself and a friend on the swing in the magical courtyard with the twinkling lights. A photo you later will decide to "heart" amid hundreds of pictures in your phone from 2024. We’re hoping to make that kind of impression on you...to make you feel like the gorgeous adult that you are, taking care of nobody else but you, for a few special hours on October 30th.
GENEROUS SPEAKERS
When you have the chance to be in an environment with speakers who are more interested in giving than getting, serving than shining, then you get a very special chemistry in the room. They aren't here to sell you anything or promote their products or services. Our speakers are there to share, to really open up and tell you what lessons they’ve learned in life, and if they’ve done their jobs right, leave you wiser, more uplifted and better for having heard their voices.

Many of you will make life-changing connections at this event because women come to The Inspiration Lab expecting to be in a genuinely friendly community designed for collaboration. This is a huge reason why I keep hosting conferences. I can almost guarantee someone is going to sit down by their next business partner or future bridesmaid or new hire. I met our Emcee for this year’s event, Sheri Shaw Leavens, at our 2018 Conference we hosted at Wrightsville Manor and it changed my life. In 2024, I’m curious to know who is the next Sheri in my life? I can hardly stand the anticipation…Truly, I can’t imagine my life without her and her friendship.
