Staying Open-Minded, Finding Mentorship & Women in the Workplace with Judy Girard
Judy Girard is a former television producer and the founder of GLOW - Girls' Leadership Academy of Wilmington - and has done a lot of things in her day, including climbing Mount Kilimanjaro! As we continue to highlight incredible women this month, Stephanie sits down with her dear friend Judy to hear some of her incredible stories, what it's been like for women in the workplace over the years and how it's changed, how to find a mentor, and why it's so important to stay flexible and continue to be a student.
